Try Connect My BB with BlackBerry Desktop Software for tethering with my netbook

When a try to connect that message appear....... Sorry it in french :

Impossible de démarrer l'internet mobile

Le protocole de contrôle PPP a été arrêté.

Vérifier les paramètres de votre profil et assurez-vous que la radio est activée.

Assurez-vous que la radio est activee.

 

Is your Network Connection on?  Do you see your mobile cell provider's name at the top centre of your homescreen?
