A few weeks ago my husband and I who both have a bold 9790 managed somehow to end up with the same bb I.d on both of our handsets. We have tried all the usual things like going online and changing the I.d but it simply changes the I.d on both handsets. Now we can only access emails on of our handsets, which is a problem. If we try and put the relevant email account on the right handset it deletes it off the other one ... Please help as I have no clue now what to do to resolve this situation also downloading apps is a problem . Thanks
I don't have a solution to your situation but I have a similar problem with mine and my wife's phone. We both have the 9900 and share the same bbm ID this has never been a problem until I updated both phones to enable them to have bbm voice. Now only one phone can use bbm at a time. If somebody contacts you with a solution can you forward to me please. Many Thanks
