UNKNOWN ICON ON BOLD 9780

PLEASE I HAVE AN UNKNOWN ICON ON MY HOME SCREEN AND HAVE UPDATED EVERYTHING BUT STILL THE ICON DOES NOT DISAPPEAR, I DONT KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD PICTURE HERE SO MAYBE YOU CAN GUIDE ME AND I UPLOAD PICTURE SO THAT YOU GUYS CAN UNDERSTAND ME BETTER AND HELP ME OUT.

Check out the thread at the top of this forum regarding unknown icons. Check the picture and see if your indicator is there.

And if the icon is not shown in the picture in the other thread, if you'd describe here in detail... it would help.

THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE AND WILLINGNESS TO ASSIST ME AND NONE OF THE ICONS THERE INDICATE WHAT SHOWS ON MINE, I DONT REALLY KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD PICTURE HERE BUT HERE IT GOES AND I HOPE THAT IT CAN BE VIEWED.

Hi!

The picture doesn't look familiar.

 

Indicators are mostly notifications of unopened messages

Use the search function to find the message:

Open the main message queue>menu key>select search.

Set the following options:
service=ALL SERVICES
folder: ALL FOLDERS.

Show: ONLY UNREAD

type=ALL
Now press the menu key>and click search.
