Unable to activate old email account on a new device

Hello. My Bold 9780 got the white screen of death. I have sent it off to get fixed, but while that is happening I have switched back to my old Bold 9700. When I try moving my old email account it says to put my email password in. I put the right password in and when I press activate it says 'Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again.' I have tried loging in again multiple times but it still doesn't work, what shall I do???

To resolve this issue from the browser on the BlackBerry try visiting www.BlackBerry.com/integrate to setup you email account.

I tried going to BlackBerry.com/integrate but the requested URL could not be retrieved. Help?

Hi Georgina123. Try going to mobile.blackberry.com. Choose your country, then scroll down to the communicate section then choose email. You can then intergrate throught there. Oh and do that all on the device you want to have the email set up on.
