I had a black berry 9790 and change it to 9900 (bold) since i have changed i coudn't download any application as for the first use it asked for bb id and password and always the message apper is unable to connect you using bb id

Have you tried the Knowledge Base I suggested !
To De-associate or remove any BlackBerry ID you have to perform a Security wipe , If you want to remove the BlackBerry ID on your Old 9790 then perform a security wipe it will remove any username or email that is associated with that device.

I did but still I couldn\t log in with blackberry ID in new 9900
First Do a Backup of your Bold 9900 , refer to this article How To Backup Your BlackBerry . Once you have your Backup follow this Knowledge Base to resolve your issue with BlackBerry ID in your Bold 9900.
KB14058 : How to delete all data and applications from the BlackBerry smartphone using the Security Wipe option
After a wipe use your BlackBerry ID ,Try it and let us know if problem persists.
