Unable to log into app world

I had a blackberry 9650 with the pin of 324c789c but the screen glitched out, so I got sent a new model in the mail... and I click blackberry app world, then click the blackberry button and then I click login.

A window then comes up saying "Palpal secure login" and there's fields to put my email and password in. So I put my email and password in the fields and click Log In.

Then it says it's retrieving my content or whatever and I'll receive a confirmation when it's done, then a window comes up saying "No Applications are associated with your My Word account."

What happened to my apps? I used to have a lot of them. I should still have them right... I've only been without a phone for 5 days or so. Why is it having me login through paypal? I remember a window used to come up and I typed in that1guyyep101 then my password.. but not is is not letting me. Help?

Update

I just downloaded a free app. called Snake, and it never asked me to login, it just added it to my list of apps. to My World.

I remember my previous phone would ALWAYS ask me to log in BEFORE downloading an app.

This new phone I got isn't asking me to login it all, it's trying to have me sign in via paypal, then it tells me I have no apps. How do I get my apps. list back. I've switched phones, my new phone has a different pin.

I called and had it activated.. and all I had to do was tell them to activated it and they did.

It's refurbished or something.. is this why it's being all dumb?

Did I mention

That the convenience key on the right is sorta too far in? My other one stuck out, and made a clicky sound when I pushed the button in slightly, on this phone the button is in more, and less sensitive. Just wondering why it's different? Thank you.
