Greetings.
In short I am unable to login to my Blackberry ID account which means that I cannot update any apps and as such some (like What's App) has stopped working.
I have done the reset password thing, I have reinstalled app world, I have typed the wrong password on purpose and then it says wrong password, so it is not that either.
Please ask questions or make some good suggestions if you can help me...
Thank you

Go to Options > Device > BlackBerryID.
Can you login there?
What about if you try logging in on your PC at http://us.blackberry.com/bbid.html

It seems that the BB has this problem when leaving one country and entering another and then returning to the country of origin. Some problem with roaming it seems...
Now I need to restore factory settings. How do I do that?
Thanks, JSanders

Hey, before you reset to factory, try this.
I would suggest this:

In case you need it.
Read this RIM Knowledge Base article to reset your device to the factory settings.
