I performed the security wipe and did a restore through blackberry desktop, this did not help.  I'm still unable to log into my blackberry id.  Any ideas?

Same here, it happened when my battery died!! It's driving me mad and sometimes wish i got an iphone 4 instead!! Sort it out please someone!!

Hi im a bit confused, how do i sort out the blackberry id. I have reset it loads of times on my phone and on the computer! Im getting sick of this, the phone is new and i still don't know where everything is on it. Please help me.

My battery went dead, so when i got home i charge it, and then it wouldnt let me sign in. It kept saying unable to sign in, so changed my password and still saying the same. So changed it on the computer and still the same thing....i have turn my phone off and the back on again and still nothing. i havent done anything to my phone. except changed passwords to see if i could sign in. im so confused right now and dont understand why its done this.

I don't understand why either.

 

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

 

Turning the BlackBerry off and back on just simply does nothing.
