Unable to open Excel document!

Hi!

I have a big problem with my new Blackberry bold 9000. I stored an excel document from my computer on my microSD card, and I am unfortunatly unable to open it with "documents to go". When I try, my Blackberry writes: java.lang.nullpointerexception

Can anybody help me?

Thank you!

Re: Unable to open Excel document!

Do you have SheetsToGo loaded on your Bold?

If you don't, access the WordToGo > Menu > upgrade or about and then upgrade.

You don't want to upgrade to the Premium edition, just the latest update of the standard edition, which will require registration of your BB, etc.

Good luck.

Thank you for your advice, I did an upgrade, but it still does not work. Do you have any other suggestion?

Re: Unable to open Excel document!

First, open SheetsToGo. Then use Menu > Open to find the Excel document in question and open it.

If that doesn't work, remove the battery on the BB and replace to reboot and try again.

If that doesn't work, I would suggest you try another Excel document to determine if it is just THAT single document that is the problem.

Re: Unable to open Excel document!

I did an update, not an upgrade (premium edition is too expensive)

Hi...

when you open Sheets to go in Doc to go and start to menu to open the file, can you see your media card?

Good, the update is what I recommended, the free one.
What about the other questions asked?
