I am experienceing the same problem. I downloaded the only file available from the website:




I then ran it as directed, and deleted the vendor file as instructed.


When I run the loader, it tells me the system applications currently installed on the device are newer than those available with this version of the BB Desktop Software.


If I select option 2 it wants to downgrade a bunch of files.


Recently I got an OS update message and ran that, which is why I suspect this is ocurring.


If I run the app and allow it to downgrade everything, what are the risks?
