Unable to start mij Blackberry Bold 9700, please help

Hi,

 

My name is Karen and I'm from Holland. I have a big problem with my Blackberry and I hope there is someone who can help me.

 

This is the situation:

Today I downloaded Whatsapp on my phone. After downloading they asked me to reboot my phone for al complete installation, so I agreed. The phone became a white picture and the red light on the right started te led up. I did an battery pull and after a minute of 10 I put the battery back in and tried to start my phone again but it did't work. The red light keeps blickering and there is nothing happening. Can somebody help me please?

Hi,

 

Thanks for the advice but it doesn't work. When I took the battery out en back in, the red ledlight keeps on flickering.....

 

What else can I do? I just let the phone without the battery the whole night to see what's happening, but noting....:smileysad:
