Unable to upgrade Bold 9900 from 7.0 to 7.1

Hi 

 

I received a Bold 9900 handset via RIM EPP program. It came with installed software version 7.0 Bundle 2395(v. 7.0.0.579, Platform 5.0.0.735). I am having trouble with using Appworld and among other things sudden resets to handset. Have tried couple of time to upgrade the handset to 7.1 software using both desktop manager as well as OTA mode, it always tells me you have latest build installed. Please advise if there is a way to update this handset as it is not working very well for me at present.

Hi,

 

Please download device software 7.1 from www.blackberry.com under download section and install on your system.

 

After installation, it will detect 7.1 and will upgrade your handheld OS as well.

Still unable to update. Pop up box says 'There are no BlackBerry Device Software updates available' Any other trick that I may try?
