Unable to use Maps

I am < Unable to use the maps on the device 9900 , and it is frustating ,my phone has everything as per the requirement , like the data plan etc.. , when we reach the service provider the service is pathetic , they do not know the resolution and hope fully blackberry would help me , Awaitiing reply

What happens if you go to https://maps.google.com/?  I point my Q10 browser there.
