Hi I have 2 issues,
1) My BB keeps on reseting every few days.. so I upgraded the OS on my BBB to v18.104.22.168(268) then I got my second issue.
2) I recieved the following error when I hit next on the Trackball Set Up wizard screen:
I recieved a similar error on my previous OS v22.214.171.124 hence why I decided to upgrade.
Can you please advise how to resolve the reset & uncought exception issue. I want to avoid taking it back to the store as they will send it away to get fixed for 2 weeks. Unfortunately I bought the phone 1mnth and 2 days ago so it cannot be replaced.
Appreciate your assistance.

I think you need to have a clean install of your device software again. By the way the update that you've installed is it provided by your carrier? Check the knowledge base KB12598 which is similar to your issue.
