Did you receive an update from me earlier today? I can't see it in the thread but it was a feedback to your PW question (No) and a long explanation that the issue is still there and I can't read mail at all...

No I didn't see your post it's missing.
At this point you need to return the phone, I'm my opinion,
There is either an IT policy on the phone or a hardware fault.
In any event, you have done everything you could to fix it.
Why pay good money for a faulty device? Let me know what you decide.
