Unknown Caller not showing up on call log

I am using a Bold 9700 on AT&T and when someone calls me with a blocked number, "uknown caller" does not show up on my call log.  It wont show that I received that call and won't give me a call history.  Any help would be appreciated.

What does show up in its place?

If you want to see your full call history, open your main messages folder > Menu > View Folder > Phone Calls.

Re: Unknown Caller not showing up on call log

I can only see it as JSanders described. I think I used to be able to see them prior to OS 5.0 but I can't remember. In previous OS's I could go into Call Log | Options | General Options and set the Phone List View to Call Log. Maybe that's why you can't see it when hitting the green button.

Why?

I've already told you where to find it.

I would also like to Enable to see the "Unknown Caller" with one key access from the send key from the main screen without having to go to the Call Logs.

BB Bold 9900, BB7 OS Bundle 1355 on Bell...

Anyone have any advice on if this is possible?
