I have a symbolo that is not on this list and it's really annoying me because i cant seem to find what it is to get rid of it. it's a white box with a black dot and a red dot on top similar to the red notification star. please help!

Hi,

New to all this forum and cant for the life of me find the 'new message' area!!

I have an old BB Storm 9500 that I dont use anymore and want to to wipe completely so can sell it. I want everything off it. It also has an unwanted IT policy on it from when I used it at work for a while.

What is best way to 100% wipe everything so that it is in theory an 'new' fresh phone?

Hello,

The battery icon with the lightning bolt is the indicator that your battery is being charged. It does not blink like other phones. After a while the icon will fill out with white bars. Sometimes too, when your battery has been completely run down you get only the red dot showing for a while until there is enough power to power the charging icon.

Hope you found a solution already.

(^-^*)/ ...well, wen you saw the battery icon w/lightening bolt ... Did you let it CHARGE For á while ?? I've seen †his (on my old fone ... But once its got enough "kuice" for the battery ... It should be fine!! Turn power button off A-N-D back on again after charging time has been sufficient - A-N-D - hopefully that should fix it !! ??
