i am also facing the same error in my blackberry and i had search from the google but i had not found its any solve from their so thanks you share this question with  community of this forum and i hope someone will help us there.

@faithkeeper that's the SmrtGuard icon. not sure if that means an update is available or that it didnt backup. if it persists you should contact their tech sppt

Thanks for your reply! That icon has already gone, but now has one yellow global on the screen now! If you can please tell me how to turn it off!

Faith, see the second post in THIS thread...already covered.

That's a browser push message if it is yellow.

1. Open your main Messages folder.
2. Press the Menu key (left of the trackball).
3. Click on View Folders.
4. Click on Browser Push messages (or WAP Push Messages).
5. Read or delete the messsage.

I get this kind of "icon-lag" from time to time with my msn messenger, normally when someone wanna add me as a friend and I reject because its spam.

Just leave it for a couple of hours, and it will disappear is my experience. Cheers.

Hello, um actually 2 days ago i was going to go browse the web and this 'Uncaught exception: Shared webkit unavailable: null' thing came out and i can't get access to the web ever since, i was thinking maybe someone could offer some help?

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. Out of the blue an orange star appeared on the screen where the search bar is.I checked for updates,restarted the device but it's still there!Any ideas?

Check all your apps for updates or notifications.

I don't recall which has an orange star, but you'll find it.

I have three unknow icons, one is a envelope with one red circle and "1" in the circle! Second look like a buckle with a red flower. Third is one sheld shap icon in the center has the letter "s", with one yellow triangle! Please help me!
