i am also facing the same error in my blackberry and i had search from the google but i had not found its any solve from their so thanks you share this question with community of this forum and i hope someone will help us there.

Faith, see the second post in THIS thread...already covered.
That's a browser push message if it is yellow.
1. Open your main Messages folder.
2. Press the Menu key (left of the trackball).
3. Click on View Folders.
4. Click on Browser Push messages (or WAP Push Messages).
5. Read or delete the messsage.

Hello, um actually 2 days ago i was going to go browse the web and this 'Uncaught exception: Shared webkit unavailable: null' thing came out and i can't get access to the web ever since, i was thinking maybe someone could offer some help?

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. Check all your apps for updates or notifications.
I don't recall which has an orange star, but you'll find it.
