There is a number 57 on my homescreen between the sounds and time/date...and everytime I make a call a small icon appears luks like a cassette or sumthin like a crown right next to the 57....how can I remove it?using bold 9700!!

The small cassette [••] looking icon is your voicemail... maybe you have 57 voicemails?

I don't know about any crown looking icon.

new to this and not sure if i'm even doing this right but I have an unknown icon in the top right hand of the screen under 3G and signal.  It is white and looks like a rifle scope, circle with cross hairs.  To the right of it is another white symbol that appears to show strength.
