The service center couldn't fix it in the end, they just gave my friend a replacement unit...

Hi,

 

I also faced the same issue. I rectified it by deleting the appworld from my mobile and then downloaded it again from rroyy.com/ota through the mobile browser. Different versions are available here. Choose the one appropriate to the OS version of your device. Mine is working fine now.

I am having the same issue on ma bb 9700 error I'd 40760 I am runnin os 6 I tried reinstalling app world and bbid but none works for me ...some body help plz...
