I bought my bold 9790 last Summer for my birthday on pay as you go. 3 months later a crack deleloped on the unlock button. I went back to the O2 store and sent it off for repair. I then recieved a brand new device. Now 4 months later the crack has reappeared on this new device. I am very frustrated and dissatisifed with the product. I have now sent it for repair once again and to be quite honest I would rather have my money back. Annoyingly they are refusing to do this and so I have no choice but to get it replaced again as I would lose out on £300 for a fault that is not even mine. If this crack does develop on the next new device I recieve, I will ensure that I do get a refund or an exchange. I have been a blackberry customer for over 3 years and now I am thinking twice to buy another Blackberry again. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
