Unresponsive/Sluggish Keys

I have been having a difficult time with my Bold 9900 keyboard, particularly for the keys 's' and 'w'. This affects '1' and '4' as well. Most of the time it takes multiple trial for me to get these two alphabet to appear. But sometimes, it works perfectly fine. This started happening about two days ago. Is there anything I can do to get it up and running like it is supposed to? I have the latest 7.1 OS btw.

Please perform reloading OS, see this article.

How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Software fo...
