Hi there,
I'm trying to update the OS in my BB Bold 9700, from the BDS , but it stoped on Downloading Modules and it won't go any further.
What should I do ?

For how long has the update been stuck at this point?

about 30 minutes

Let it site for at least 2-3 hours before doing anything.
Make certain you do not disconnect any cables or connections.
Make certain your PC retains a good internet connection during the process.

You'll disconnect the cable.
Remove the battery for a minute and replace to reboot.
If it reboots fully, good.
If not, let us know in this thread... and we'll go from there.

I lost internet connection I'm using 3G internet so it cuts off
