I can't remember them all I keep all the programs and I removed additional languages, facebook, twitter and other programmes I dont need for the moment, that's why I said I installed only programmes I'm gonna need.

I have a question is the memory can cause this problem, because I'm not using a memory card, I'm only using the phone memory which has only 20 MO free.

Well, again to repeat, I am not asking what applications you REMOVED, but which ones have left installed?

That should require no memory, just look at Options > Device > Applications > Optional (from the top tab) and list them here.

Most definitely, that's the problem. I don't recommend users upgrade the 9700 to OS6, because OS6 requires so much more memory space than OS5. It will slow down your 9700 horribly.

20mb is way too low for the 9700, you need to be up around 50-60mb free.

You can delete those, connect to the BlackBerry Desktop Software > Applications and remove them.
