Hi I can't receive any email from gmail of my bb 9900 since several days ago. And then I deleted the email acc and recreate a new one email account with same email address(It's same as my bb id account too). When I set up it again, that always
appear "Update Failed". Please help me to fix it!! Thanks a lot. It is my business's mail box! I hope it get well soon ><

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

when I set up email setup: "This email address is associated with your blackberry ID. If you want to add this email address to your bb device, type the password for the email address." I followed the step and It's keeping appear “Update failed". Please help me! Thanks a lot with highly appreciate.
