Hi Tinman48

 

 

                         If Reloading your device OS  is also Unable to to fix the problem then I am sorry to say you might have to Contact your Carrier orService provider or  a mobile repair center to check if the keboard  has any problem or its the after effect of JVM error 545.

 

KB12077 :  "JVM error 545" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone.
