Hello
Can anyone tell me how I set the number of rings (currently 3) so I get chance to answer my phone before it forwards to voicemail.
Thanks

What network are you on?
There is a command you need to type into the handset to do it....

The command above works well if you know your carriers codes, otherwise the easiest method is to simply call your carrier and ask for a longer ringtime. 30 seconds is normally the maximum on most carriers.

As a norm, most all carriers have a default 15 seconds of ringtime until the voicemail picks up. That can be extended to 30 seconds.
If you do need additional ring time before voicemail, The simplest method is to call your carrier and request a longer ring time, up to 30 seconds.
