I need to know why I can't download the viber on my device Bold 9790 although I ve an account on it and I didn't deactivate it.

I deleted it so that I download it again from the application world but I found a weird title telling me that "viber is unavailable for this device"

Could any one help me Pl and tell me what to do, i can't even install it and where it will be if I delete it

Check the below KB article and clear the App Word cache -
