Visual Voice Mail

I do not want to use VVM; it never worked on my phone. However, once it was activated, I cannot seem to go back to regualr VM. ATT has removed it from my account, I reset my phone many times; even a hard reboot.


I cannot get voice mail and it's getting quite frustrating.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
