Just upgraded to the Blackberry Bold 9900. This is my 3rd Blackberry & I've used them all with a Parrot Handsfree Car Kit CK3100.
The problem with my new phone is the voice giving the dialling prompts is too quiet. So quiet in fact that if the engine is running I can't hear her give the prompts such as 'Say a command', or 'Did you say call XXXX'. This makes the whold thing useless as I have to stop the van as which point I no longer need to use a hands free kit!
I've tried resetting the device & also deleting & reinstalling Vlingo app but nothing seems to work. Spoken to the company who fitted the Parrot & they claim that the problem is with the Blackberry operating system & there is nothing I can do about it. Has anyone had a similar problem & if so, hhave you managed to resolve the problem?
