I have two problems with voicemail on my Bold 9900 which have appeared over the fast few weeks (previously fine). (1) I may get a 'new voicemail' message: when I call voicemail it turns out the message is an old one. (2) When I call voicemail, the 'you have a new message' narrative is interrupted by a sequence of tones as though dialling a number on a touchtone phone, followed by 'key '0' to continue'. Can anyone help?

Hey Ianhood,
Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
Your Voice mail notifications and the Voice mailbox are controlled by your wireless service provider, I would suggest contacting your wireless service provider for further investigation.
Thank you.

Thanks I did that and got a result. fIn case anyone is interested, my provider is O2 - I contacted their 'O2 Guru' on-line chatroom and got rapid resolution. (don't try their 'Ask Lucy' feature - you get nowhere).
