WHITE SCREEENNN!!!

So my blackberry 9780 has been hit with a white screen. I cannot use the phone currently but I am still paying for it. What do I do to fix it?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9780 smartphone.

 

If you pull the battery, do you see the BlackBerry start bar or does the screen remain white?

 

To see if this is a software issue, backup your data using BlackBerry® Desktop Software and reinstall your software as shown in KB11320 How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software for Windows or KB19915 Perform a clean reload of BlackBerry smartphone application software using BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer. 

If the screen remains white then contact your point of sale for hardware investigation.
