I HAVE SENT FOR REPAIR TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ON 17/1/2013 BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PHONE, SERVICE CENTRE IS ALSO NOT IN POSITION TO TELL THE STATUS .JUST SAYINY WILL TAKE TIME AS THE PHONE IS ON SWAP.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO STAY WITH SMARTPHONE FOR SO MANY DAYS WHEN YOU ARE ADDICTED OF IT.

PLS LET ME KNOW THE STATUS IMMEDIATELY
