Wallpapers issue.

[ Edited ]

Hi,

I am facing a trouble with the home screen wallpaper.

I have few pictures on the BB bold 9900 and when I open those pictures they are getting opened in the right format(size).

But when I select them for my wallpapers they are getting distorted as BB is accepting them with larger(Zoom) size.

I checked the default images(Autumn, detail,Droplet etc) on the phone as well and found that it is getting distorted as I have zoomed it but in actual I have not.

The same way wallpapers images are getting saved with Zoomed size.

I have done the reset wallpapers on the home screen preference option and also tried to reset settings as well but still no success.

Is there any way to get the wallpapers in the normal size rather than zoomed size.

Thanks.

Re: Wallpapers issue.

In addition to the above problem.

I would like to add that if I set the pictures taken by the mobile as wallpapers then they are not getting zoomed.

It is only the pictures which are saved on the BB as an attachments from the email or the default images.

Images clicked with BB camera are getting set in proper format(size).

Thanks

Re: Wallpapers issue.

Hi,

I believe that issue is resolved.

It was not the issue with the cell but the issue with the images.

I had the HD images of different size and when I was selecting them as wallpapers they were getting enlarged.

For that I downloaded other images of 640x480 now they are not getting enlarge.

Case closed.

Thanks.
