Web Browsing via mobile network doesn't work! HELP!

[ Edited ]

Hi all! I am a new BB user in Sweden, just got through my company a BB Bold. When setting up I added my office's wifi network and now I can only web browse when within the office's wifi range. Am not being able to surf on the go, therefore. I am not sure if the problem is with my handset or..

If anyone could help, I would very much appreciate.

Best,

André

You have a data plan with your carrier?

I am using it in Sweden and have a data traffic all-in plan! It shows the 3G icon on the top and network 2G & 3G in network options as well as Data Services.

Go to menu (the blackberry logo on the left of trackball ), options, advanced options, browser, in default browser configuration: what you have marked? , the wifi browser?, if yes, change for the internet browser.

Thank for you reply, but when I go to the indicated field I only have hotspot browser! No other option available!

If you have a data plan with the carrier , you must see a internet browser on your browser options.

Call your carrier an ask for the internet browser.

Re: Web Browsing via mobile network doesn't work! HELP!

I called my network and apparently I am missing something. Gonna call back tomorrow as the IT support was closed already. Thank you for your support!

Best!
