Dear RIM,

Please fix your BBM problems!!!  I have never had many problems with BBM since my first BB 7100.  But this constant problem is making my one big "stay-with-Blackberry" argument useless.

1. When sending a picture directly from the camera, you get a "media object" error (image attached below).
2. When sending a picture to several contacts, the cursor will not go down to the send box.  It is locked between the comments section and the cancel button.

This problem has been going on for some time now and its getting old.  Apparently the admin from this forum do not read any others because the boards are full of this.  Please fix this ASAP before more of us get tired of it and move on.

This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. Maybe they read or review the posts... I dunno.

Besides, if they do, they're going to need a more information on the issue than just being ordered to fix it.

Knowing your device OS release would help.
