When will you be able to make a phone that works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have owned several BB¹s and have always faced problems with the units

hanging. Which forces me to take the battery out and reboot the same. In

June of this year I bought a new Bold 9900 and had the same problem after

just 3 days of use!!!!!!!!!!!! Thus the need for me to keep opening the rear

cover to pop out the battery. And now due to another faulty/flimsy design

the back cover no longer stays in place since it would appear that a pin is

louse. I drive to electrozan the store where I bought it only to be sent off

to Axiom Telecom the authorized service center for BB in Kuwait. After much

efforts to find this hole in the ground I am made to wait for 1/2 hour since

it would appear that they lost the callers phone!!!!!!! I finally get to

talk to Mohammed Zakaria their supervisor to then be asked to wait yet again

since there is another phone call for what was another lost phone!!!!!!!!!!

15 minutes later he tells me that they do not have the parts to replace the

cover and for me to find it some place else.

 

A new phone and still the faulty design which makes it hang and now the

flimsy rear cover that does not close!!!!! I have just about had it with BB.

And so the best advertising is to use the unit with the battery exposed so

that it is evident to all that BB is nothing more than a paper weight. I am

a Canadian and was Proud of RIM and how well you had established your

Business in the market. But it is now evident that you have not maintained

the business and it is time to do what my kids have told me to do for the

past several years ­and buy my first iphone 5.
