White Screen!

Hey guys,

 

I've got a BB Bold and for the last couple of days it went whte screen on me. But it used to be the case of simply locking/unlocking or pulling the batt. Now neither of those 2 are fixing it and I'm stuck on what to do! Also, I don't really have the best knowledge of the whole "OS" such and such so be patient! All help appreciated.

If a Battery Pull is unable to fix the problem then please have a look at this RIM's Knowledge Base article regarding this problem and follow the instructions :

 

KB30280 : BlackBerry smartphone displays a blank white or black screen.

 

try it and let us know.
