White screen of death, Rebooting OS not working!

Hi there,
I'm sure you've had someone with the same issue as me before. Just a white screen with absolutely nothing else. Well, i read up that you have to reboot the OS, i do that, follow the instructions on one of the member's post, and it says the loading was successful, however, still stuck at that white screen.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

When you connect your Blackberry to computer via USB - does the computer (BB Desktop Manager) recognize your blackberry ?

[ Edited ]

Also try to remove the battery when device is ON.

Wait a minute and turn the battery back to the device.

If compurer does recognize your blackberry - make backup via BB Deskop Manager.

After that download JL_Cmder

Install it.

Connect your device to the computer.

Run JL_Cmder and select "Reset to factory settings" option.

Re: White screen of death, Rebooting OS not working!

Turn off Blackberry Desktop Manager when you're running JL_CMDer.

Also turn off all applications that can use/lock usb port.

Re: White screen of death, Rebooting OS not working!

Your device is not broken.

There is wrong data written in the device memory and it caused the problem.
