Who Is It PRO Paid App

Hi - I've just upgraded my handset to the BOLD 9790 and then purchased the PAID App for WHO IS IT PRO. The App won't Install and I can't seem to do anything to make it. The ReInstall Option just does not appear. My Blackberry already had the WHO IS IT FREE App. Is there anything I can do as I am on the current Blackberry World Software??? Thanks

try removing the battery and try again

Have tried that but the app still appears in the unistalled list with no "reinstall" button.

Have now solved - needed to clear the cache. In Blackberry App World, press and hold Alt key and then type RSTRST.
