Why does it send the Moderator Code and Participant Code in the same invite?

I love the new Conference Call feature, but why does it send the Moderator Code and Participant Code in the same invite?

 

Everyone joining my conference call just needs the Participant Code.  I am the only one who needs the Moderator Code.  Am I the only one who sees the trouble with this?
