Why is the Red LED flashing?

Hi.

I have the coverage indicator off.  The LED flashes if I am on Bluetooth, and if I get BBMs etc, but if I have nothing running, the red light flashes.

 

1) can I turn off that red light

2) can I turn off the Bluetooth flashing too?

Sorted.  Found the answer in the help files.
