WiFi BB Bold Issue

Hi.

 

I just bought my BB 9000 yesterday. It seems like it came with a problem. When i try to Enable WiFi, it automatically reset the device (turn off - on). 

 

I've tryed almost everything reasonable on this. But i cant find any solution. So before i send it to my seller ( i know it will retain the device for like a month before it gives me an answer), i was wandering if this situation got a solution via software or am i missing something. Thanks
