Hi as the subject says, we are having issues with user BB's - Bold 9780's
The Wireless Synchronisation option keeps being removed from the Contact Options screen - and then users can not receive their contacts of course.
We have tried the Delete and Undelete option for the Desktop Service Books, deleted all Service Books and pushed them from the BES Server (version 5.) Even wiped and reactivated the device.
But still this option keeps being removed for some reason.
Can anyone help?
