I own a Bold 9930. I've noticed that my device doesn't completely sync with Yahoo email. If I read an email on my device, it is marked as read on Yahoo. However, if I read the email on Yahoo, it doesn't sync with the device - the device copy of the email is never marked as read. I used to have full 2-way sync. I contacted Yahoo, and was advised by Yahoo support that 2-way email sync between my device and Yahoo is not possible. Is this right?

Please use this for reference:
From what you describe, what you desire should work. BTW...Yahoo was technically correct in what they told you..."full" 2-way sync is indeed not supported (Sent Items will not come from the mailbox to the BB), but read/unread should function both ways (as per the KB).
Therefore, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS configuration for the affected email account.

Thank you again for your assistance. One quick point of clarification - when you say delete the email configurations, do you mean my exchange configuration as well? Right now I have one BIS email (Yahoo), and then my enterprise configuration I use for work. I've never had any problems with my word address. TIA.
