I tried to instal Yahoo messenger on my Bold the other week and it said it wasnt available and said that they would keep my details for when the beta version is released. Do anyone else have this problem. I have windows live messenger installed ok on it. I had Yahoo messenger on my curve before this.

I love my Yahoo! Go! You are right that Yahoo will notify you soon when the Yahoo! Go! for BB is released, but until then try this: mobile.yahoo.com/go

Yahoo Messenger from Yahoo site is for PC/Laptop users. You need to download it from  http://mobile.blackberry.com then go to IM and Social Networking. Scroll down and follow the steps to download Yahoo Messenger.

I downloaded Yahoo messenger 2.1.48 .. on my BB bold . it installed fine, but when I log in .. it says " Service not enabled for this device "  ...

I have seearched and searched but have no idea what could be wrong ...

My location is in Dubai, and my carrier is Etisalat.

I have no issues with smileys but i cannot attach an image in yahoo or msn messnger.

The feature to add picture sound clip etc isnt there in the menu and ive asked this question a LOT of times. Zero answers yet
