Turn on NUM lock Press Alt key and the Left Shift key. Turn off NUM lock or CAP lock Press the Shift key. Turn on CAP lock Press Alt key and the Right Shift key.
First try hard reset. if it doesnt work then take the back up of the device and after that wipe your handset and fina;;y it doesnt work then need to re-install the operation system.
