I download the app world and once I try to open it I have an error message that said "DNS erro" and close the app world application, I already reload the complete software and redownload the app world to many times and still having the same error message.. anyone knows what to do?

Hi there!
I suggest the following steps:
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you!

I already did it once I get the error message, I also reload the software thinking it was a problem with the software and reinstall the app world.. but didnt work

OK...then do all other internet-related services function fine on your BB? Can you browse the internet with the browser? Are you sending/receiving BIS-based emails?

Is working fine, sometimes loads slow but is working fine. It just the app world that give me too many problems and bother me because I can't download from it... Sometimes let me to download if does not appear the error message, otherwise if the error message appear the application close it out by itself
