Which Version of App World you have on your device is it 4.0.0.63 ? Have you tried a Battery pull ? If that creating problem then I prefer downgrade to App World version 4.0.0.55. First uninstall that recent version from your device for that On your homescreen Go to Options > Device > Application Management > locate App World tehn delete it from there.
Then perform a Battery pull restart like this device POWERED ON remove the battery wait for a min. then re- insert it back .Then from your BlackBerry Browser browse to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3 and download App World Version 4.0.0.55 .Once installed perform another Battery pull then see if problem resolves.
