arabic input language HELP

Hi there

i used to have the arabic input software language ,after i updated my bold9700, arabic language doesnt exist anymore i cant type in arabic,i would like to have the arabic input software back in my bold please.

Language support is determined by your wireless provider. Any available language packs are installed along with the device software for your BlackBerry. You can download the device software from your provider's website here: http://bbry.lv/cp57Eb and install the language support using the following KB article. http://bbry.lv/9IpPf9
